Foundation Hack:
If your foundation is getting dry it’s not because of the foundation, it’s how you apply it. Always work in sections never apply foundation to the whole face in one go if you are a beginner. In that way, your foundation didn’t get enough time to dry. Your base will look much better if you work in sections.
