This year has been a journey of exploration and discovery for me. As someone who loves trying out new products and staying updated with the latest trends, my vanity has seen some latest makeup and beauty additions. I’m always looking for new and exciting beauty products to add to my collection. This year, I’ve discovered some amazing finds in makeup and skincare that have quickly become staples in my routine. Here are 10 of my favorite new additions:

#1. CTZN Cosmetics Nudiversal in Koh Samui, ₹1699

The first product is from the brand CTZN Cosmetics. It’s their Nudiversal Lip Duo in the shade ‘Koh Samui’. It’s a beautiful Dusty mauve with pink undertones that flatters medium to deep skin tones, making it an ideal choice for Indian skin. What I love most about this product is its versatility. It comes with a creamy matte lipstick on one end and a hydrating gloss on the other, giving you the option to wear it matte or glossy depending on your mood. The formula is long-lasting, non-drying, and comfortable on the lips, which is everything you could want in lipstick. Also this year I am more attracted to bullet lipsticks instead of liquid matte lipsticks.

#2. Makeup Revolution Mood Switch Aura Blush Universal Pink, ₹695

Blushes have always been my favorite part of my makeup routine, and the Makeup Revolution Mood Switch Aura Blush in Universal Pink is one of my latest finds. Dior pink blush and Too Faced crushing blush in candy clouds are my inspirations to find that perfect cool tone blush. They are expensive and beyond my budget. The formula of this blush is silky but matte and blends seamlessly into the skin, providing a radiant and healthy-looking flush. I’ve been obsessed with how this blush adapts to my skin tone, creating a natural glow that lasts all day. Plus, the duochrome packaging is sleek and compact.

Concealers are essential for achieving a flawless base, and the Huda Beauty FauxFilter Luminous Matte Concealer has quickly become my go-to. I am a little late to discover its goodness. This concealer offers full coverage with a luminous matte finish, striking the perfect balance between matte and dewy. The shade Cookie Dough is a neutral shade that is perfect for brightening the under-eye area and concealing any imperfections without looking cakey or heavy on light to medium skin tones. What sets this concealer apart is its long-lasting formula; it stays put all day without creasing or settling into fine lines. It’s a must-have for anyone who loves a smooth, airbrushed finish.

Blushes are one thing that has taken a lot of space in my vanity and I don’t regret that. Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush is a product that has taken the beauty world by storm, and it’s easy to see why. This liquid blush is incredibly pigmented, so a little goes a long way. The shade Happy is a vibrant pink that gives a youthful and fresh pop of color to the cheeks. Despite its intense pigmentation, the formula is easy to blend and build, allowing you to achieve anything from a subtle flush to a bold statement. I also appreciate the lightweight, non-greasy texture that feels comfortable on the skin and lasts throughout the day.

This affordable gem delivers a beautiful rosy hue that complements a wide range of skin tones but is mostly medium to deep. The powder formula is finely milled and blends effortlessly, giving the cheeks a natural, soft-focus effect. What I particularly love about this blush is its buildable coverage; you can layer it to achieve the desired intensity without it looking patchy or overdone. It’s perfect for both everyday wear and special occasions.

This gel liner is perfect for brightening the eyes or creating a subtle, natural look. The beige shade is a great alternative to the usual white or black liners, offering a soft, eye-opening effect without being too harsh. The formula is highly pigmented and long-wearing, lasting up to 24 hours without smudging or fading. I love how easy it is to apply, thanks to the precise tip that allows for both thin and bold lines. Whether you’re going for a classic wing or a more subtle definition, this eyeliner is a fantastic option.

Lastly, the Forever 52 I’m Unlimited Lipstick in the shade Birdseed has been a delightful addition to my lipstick collection. Birdseed is a beautiful warm nude with a hint of peach, making it a versatile shade that suits various skin tones. The formula is creamy, highly pigmented, and glides on smoothly, providing full coverage in just one swipe. It’s also long-lasting and comfortable to wear, with a satin finish that’s neither too glossy nor too matte. This lipstick has quickly become my go-to for both everyday wear and special occasions. One thing that is common in CTZN cosmetics and this lipstick is the hydrating ingredient Mango Butter.

The year has not ended yet and I am looking forward to more beautiful additions in my vanity. These are just a few of the amazing new beauty products that I’ve added to my vanity this year. I’m so excited to see what other amazing finds I’ll discover in the future!
